NHB Recruitment are representing this global logistics company in their search for a Corporate Finance Manager.
The main focus of the role will be to support the Head of Corporate Finance in all funding activities as well as leading important processes such as- debt covenants, loan documentation and loan earnings release presentations.
To apply for this role you should have experience within a similar CF position, this should include-
- Knowledge of debt capital markets and funding alternatives
- Valuation and financial modelling
- Comparable financial analysis
- Project management
- Plus hold a relevant qualification MBA/CFA/ACA or equivalent.
